Do I have to register to place an order?

To improve your user experience and provide a safe environment when you make your purchase, you must register to place an order.
In addition, you will have a personal space where you can create a“Wish List” with the PNCLT items that you like. If you don’t buy it at the moment, it will remain saved and easily accessible for another time.

 

Do you keep my registered information private?

Trust that your security is a priority for us. Your information is protected by applicable “data protection” regulations. For more information you can read our “privacy policy”.

 

To which destinations do you ship purchases?

PANICULATA DESIGNS doesn’t want to have geographical limitation, but you must take into account that international shipments and returns may have high additional costs that will be reflected in the shopping cart.
If in your case, our logistic doesn’t get where you are, contact us at info@paniculata.com and we will try to find a solution so our product gets to you.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

PNCLT’S official distribution company is FEDEX. Once the order is placed, we will send you an email confirming the purchase. Once the package is shipped, FEDEX will send you the tracking number.
Domestic shipments, from DUBAI to inside the UAE will take from 24 to 72 hours.  For International shipments from 3 to 5 days, depending in the type of shipping chosen by the client in the checkout point. Take into account that depending on the destination, it could take longer due to customs issues.
The shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart when the customer has chosen the product and entered the shipping address.

 

Do I have to pay additional taxes on my purchase?

No. Taxes are included in the payment of the product.
While it is true that there are DDU destinations (Delivery Duty Unpaid Service) in which the product prices shown do not include taxes, duties or customs, for all this once your order reaches its destination, you will be asked to pay these import duties, customs and local sales taxes collected by the country in which you reside in order to release your order from customs.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a text message notifying you of the status of your order.
To track your purchase, you will need to enter the tracking number on the official website of our general delivery service, www.fedex.com and you will be able to check the status and movement of your order as many times as necessary.
If something is not going well, you can send an email to info@paniculata.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Every product from our Llimited Edition Collections can be returned or exchanged in a period of time of 30 days.
With the exception of:
      • PNCLT products purchased ON SALE.
      • PNCLT products will have to have the original tag on.
      • If it’s a “Made to measure” Atelier Service, it will not be able to be returned.
      • Non-returnable products due to hygiene problems such as: Jewellery, swimsuits or those corresponding to intimate fashion.
All those indicated by the brand in the product description or in conditions as “non-returnable product”.

How can I return or exchange an item?

All exchanges, returns and refunds will be handled directly by PANICULATA DESIGNS via email info@paniculata.com.
